I grew up in a lively household of nine, where the boundaries between the kitchen and the clinic often blurred due to our focus on natural health and self-sufficiency. This early environment fostered my fascination with the healing capabilities of herbs and nutrition, guiding me to the mantra “you are what you eat.”

Diagnosed with lupus along with my sisters, I was propelled deeper into the world of natural healthcare. This challenge led me to adapt my diet to emphasize wholesome, detoxifying foods, using powerful ingredients like turmeric and garlic honey to combat inflammation and support my immune system. Despite a devastating loss of my sister to lupus and the necessity to halt my formal education, I found clarity in my circumstances. It became clear that my real classroom was in the practical application of my knowledge, not within university walls.

From this realization, Earth Delights was born—a venture that not only addresses disease management but also embodies a philosophy of deep interconnectedness between our bodies and nature. My experience moving from vulnerability due to lupus to a state of strength and wellness underpins every product I offer. Each item from Earth Delights carries a piece of my story and a testament to the potential for natural ingredients to foster health and resilience.
